While working in a creative environment, in this role you will create levels while staying in the game's rules, mechanics, and logic. You will shape the game's environment under the close supervision of the Lead Level Designer and the Level Design Director, in order to create experiences that elicit the desired emotions.

At Ubisoft Bucharest, we're on the hunt for a talented Senior Level Designer to join our amazing team working on The Division 2. If you're passionate about creating immersive experiences and can navigate the intricate rules and mechanics of game design, this is the place for you! In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Lead Level Designer and Level Design Director to craft engaging environments that resonate with players. Your main mission will be to grasp the Design Director's vision and harmonize it with the technical challenges involved in your level's development. You’ll get your hands on tools that allow you to prototype, execute, and refine levels, while staying in sync with various departments like level art, narrative design, and game design. We're looking for someone who can both give and receive constructive feedback and fix design bugs as they arise. Bring your previous experience in level or mission design and a portfolio that showcases a wide range of projects.
